Breaking news story: The 1% has declared war against the 99%, a 1% spokesperson has stated and I quote him.

"The 1% has stated that they have been wrongfully targeted and they have announced that they will begin a campaign against those traitors to capitalism, those greedy 99% activists.

The 1% have vowed to occupy a Hilton Hotel in every major city in the US, they have further vowed that they will not be removed, no matter how much it costs YOU, the American people."

Are we to be afraid of those people in the shadows, the one's that put Bush and Obama into the White House and you in the outhouse.

Have you were wondered if Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. was afraid while standing on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel, that fateful day in Memphis.

I wonder what Gandhi thought as the girl accompanying him told Godse, Gandhi's assassin "Brother, Bapu is already late". Moments before Godse shot him dead.

From the few (43) people willing to respond to this article, it appears that most are afraid, that the evildoers have won or have they. If winning means that they can now trod upon your rotting corpse, it seems to take something away from the word, meaning.

I ask of you, I demand that you...retake America and your very lives.

Join the Occupy Movement, were not hard to find, we are in every major city and town and we are growing, but we need you and you need us.

The Question that remains, Do YOU want to be free from Tyranny...after all, YOU are the 99%.

More results of out-sourcing and off-shoring of U.S. jobs.

Corporations have over-powered our government which now believes that out-sourcing and off-shoring of U.S. jobs is inevitable and necessary with expectations that the middle class should fall on their swords. It is the underlying cause of the financial collapse and borders on national security with the loss of our middle class tax base. Yet, this nation does nothing, not even demand it be restricted by whatever method. International businesses are doing the UN-AMERICAN activity of destroying U.S. salaries, U.S. businesses that hire in the U.S., and as an end result, destroying the U.S. marketplace while still demanding BUSINESS ENTITLEMENTS and protections for themselves.

Infrastructure spending and tax breaks will not replace enough jobs to keep up with the hemorrhaging loss of U.S. jobs from out-sourcing over seas. Neither party will do anything about it unless we begin grass roots efforts to protest out-sourcing and off-shoring of U.S. jobs. If nothing is done we will deserve what we get and it will get a lot worse before it gets better.

Although I admire the spirit of the protesters, I feel it's all in vain. The super-rich just sit in their mansions and relax and laugh it off. They are safe, knowing that if the protests become violent, the rich are snug and smug.
But it's too bad we cannot convict the super-rich for getting that way by illegal or unethical means. Or by stealing from the poor and middle class.

But, even if they were convicted, and even if they were sentenced to prison, it would be more like a resort than a prison.

Sandra, here's one for you. A lot of the people protesting are ex soldiers who are in the same fix, or even more so than the rest of us.....and, at the end of the year many more will be coming home. Will your smug ass stand there and accuse them of being lazy and shiftless bums who deserve to be homeless? These men and women who faced death for YOU every day in horrible conditions? These men and women who can't even get to see a doctor in the VA because of some petty loophole that has been created to keep them out? Oh, and one other thing, your buddies at FUX have been ordered to go to these people and try to give them drugs, then take pictures of them. That's called ENTRAPMENT and those scumbags should be arrested for it. All of the things you listed they were doing was propaganda put out by FUX. And one last thing, before you ever open your filthy mouths again, go up to these people and especially the Vets and tell them how they're just pathetic parasites who only want a handout....but, being the cowards you are, you'll only come here and spread your hate.

@ Sandra W “No, the Tea Party rallies were not mobs. They were people with a purpose that acted like civilized human beings.” You mean the folks that were carrying assault weapons . threatening a blood bath, and disrupting town hall meetings ? Oh yeah, what exactly was that purpose ? I have wondered about that. Of course these new protesters must be doing something very bad. Otherwise of course the police wouldn’t be arresting them, would they ?

Sandra worships at the feet of FAUX No-News....she's a gonner. Too brainwashed to even bother with. And, get this...her profile says she doesn't like people with closed minds!! I'm sure she's not one of the 1%, but if FUX tells her they're worth people suffering and dying of hunger and sickness so that they can have another mansion or yacht ,then, BY GAWD, it MUST be so!!

To the author of Story #15. Keep up the spirits and blessings to you and your family. The world is watching.

Unfortunately, there are a many opiniated idiots who feel inconvenienced by the OWS movement. You kniow, distrupting traffic etc. and shaming the Republicans, the corporations and the rich.

Local authorities in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia, broke up peaceful demonstrations for similar "reasons". In Sydney, the police arrived in the dark, at 5 am and broke up the sleeping demonstrators. Sound familiar?

Marg W . You are so (com)passionate. Right on there!
