Wisconsin GOP Chair: “Execute ‘Obama’” [VIDEO]

Surely it was just a slip of the tongue, right?  All three times?

According to Huffington Post, Reince Priebus, Chairman of the Wisconsin GOP, was holding a conference call to discuss Sen. Russ Feingold, and seemed to be having a hard time getting his political entities correct.  Rather than referring to terrorist “Osama Bin Lauden,” Priebus accidentally said “Obama.”

Reince Priebus, Chairman of the Wisconsin GOP, referred to the “execution” of Obama three separate times during a recent media conference call.

“I find this point that he’s made to be completely disgusting. I think it’s offensive to the people of Wisconsin, I hope he has an explanation as to why he thinks Obama ought not to be executed and why he thinks we ought to bring Osama bin Laden to the United States that he should be captured alive and actually have a trial,” Priebus said later.

Probed by reporters on how Republican Senate candidate Ron Johnson would feel on these issues, Priebus surmised that he would also favor the execution of “Obama.”

“My guess is he would believe that Obama should be executed and he oughta be treated as a war criminal,” Priebus explained.

A reporter from WisPolitics later pointed out his use of Obama instead of Osama.

“You mean Osama bin Laden I take it,” the reporter said.

“Uh, right,” responded Priebus.

Keith Olbermann has tape, and also explains away why Priebus himself would say he didn’t accidentally use the wrong name.

Are these people professional? If he doesn't know the difference between a Middle Eastern terrorist leader vs. his own president, he needs to quit his job immediately.

Dave Tohunga,
I do find your comment somewhat offensive. America does have it's issues, so do most other countries in the world. I'm sure Australia has had, and still has it's fair share of issues, but I would never tell you that "Australia sucks". Honestly, I don't think there's a country that has the perfect government. Most of them aren't really for and by the people.

Osama isn't on the FBI list because the FBI is by law limited to working solely WITHIN the US.

Considering 911 was an inside job as any who actually examine the evidence know it shows how bogus America is.
Osama Bin Laden is not even on the FBI wanted list for 911.
And so disgustingly pathetic yanks think Osama Bin Laden should be executed without trial while american war criminals deploy depleted uranium wmd's and predator drones on innocent civilians and torture willy nilly!
America sucks... it is indeed the Evil Empire and the sooner the rug is pulled from it's bankrupt economy the sooner it will be unable to continue it's global atrocities!
Of course many yanks will not like the truth... a very common thing with liars, murderers and thieves...
As to those americans not implicated in such evil behaviours,
you have my sympathy.

When will the American people wake up to the fact - one as clear as day to the outside world - that the Republican party, as a political entity, is a sham? Most of these elected officials have limited education, barely a hint of organisational competence and astonishingly backward views which would see them not out of place running an 18thC cotton plantation, replete with black slaves, or holding high office in 1930s Germany. They are clearly selected by your hidden masters, that dark cabal comprising Big Oil, Big Pharma and the vastly powerful armaments industry, for their malleability and a certain telegenic appeal to an intellectually impoverished American underclass who swallow this Faith and Flag bullshit without question. And those voters will return, right on cue, the GOP, and its laughable Tea Party offshoot, to power so that the programme can continue where it left off with the fall of GWB; a programme of supporting Israel in its role as the US's forward base in an oil-rich yet unsympathetic Middle East, a programme whose stated objective [see PNAC, folks!] is the subjugation of the entire planet to the interests of a new Teutonic order. And, even if you do NOT vote for Palin, Angle, O'Donnell and the rest of that sick bunch, they have shown that they can steal an election, convince you it was fairly won and make you believe you live in a democracy. Do not be poor, old, sick, black, Muslim, gay or female for there will be no place for you in the New America.

Doesn't Priebus know yet that it is far better to be quiet and thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt!

These people are beyond dumb. They're dumb, dirty and dangerous, and to continue the alliteration - we should dump 'em.
