I would never have considered myself a vegetarian, I always enjoyed eating meat. As I have grown older however I have began to eat less of it, at first I simply cooked the same meals and just left the meat out - but then I started to check out some veggie recipes, quite a few on Care2, thank you. I still wouldn't describe myself as a vegetarian, I still like fish and the odd bacon sandwich is quite nice, but I now only eat meat two or three times a week. I'm not sure if meat has become more flavourless or if I am losing my sense of taste but vegetarian food just seems nicer -
