Last week on a cooking segment a chef showed the two hosts how to cook cauliflower rice. I decided to give it a try and I have to tell you it's delicious. It looks like rice but it doesn't really taste like cauliflower which I guess is good
So you grate the cauliflower, grate the broccoli, slice your green onions aka spring onions, some sesame oil, a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce to taste then grate some carrot coarsely. I just use a handful of cauliflower and broccoli. I guess you could use kale but I didn't and used broccoli. Oh you could toss in a small handful of peas. Then with the wok hot with the oil just toss everything in and toss. This cooks very quickly so don't go away just keep tossing and around 2-3 mins it's cooked. It's honestly delicious. Oh don't forget to add a small amount of minced garlic too. I didn't use salt or pepper at all as it's much healthier without.
