I love to work in my garden or in the yard. I just don't like pulling weeds (LOL)!! And yes, I feel better after I've picked some tomatoes or peppers, or squash or even the darn weeds!!

I love gardening and find it is very beneficial to me for stress relief. This weekend I planted a Persian Lilac, Tradescantia zebrina, and some other bushy flowering tree and picked up dog poo. I felt great all day!
