Everything in moderation. I enjoy them as a treat. For everyday use, I like to buy unflavoured mineral water and add a dash of cordial. That way I get the bubbles but can monitor how much sugar, etc I'm having.

When I need some fizz I squeeze lemon juice into mineral water sweetened with coconut water. Good hydration with electrolytes, a treat to beat the desert heat!
