6 Interiors with Bursts of Orange

Are you resistant to bold color? If so, here is a jumping off point: Six interiors that incorporate bright, shocking orange both†indoors and out.

Above: Vibrant artwork against concrete at the Sorrento House in Australia by Robert Mills Architects via Mexican Architects.

Above: Dark stained wood contrasts against a wall painted in deep orange at†Hšringe Slott, a castle that functions as a hotel on the outskirts of Stockholm, Sweden.

Above: Two bits of orange in a bedroom at Ocho al Cubo House in Marbella, Chile, designed by Sebastian Irarrazaval via†ArchDaily.

Above: A concrete bath with orange Vola fixtures via Iain Claridge.

Above: Two bright orange Acapulco Chairs in a Southern California garden. The chairs are by†Innit Designs and priced at $475 each from Horne. Photograph from Moroccan Tiles from Kismet.

Above: A reddish orange paint is used as a bold accent throughout Andrea Summa and Marlo Trejos’ home in the province of Roche in Uruguay. To see more, visit Simply Red: A Vacation House in Uruguay.

Thanks for putting everything on one page! I like the garden best, also the stained wood with orange walls. The others were too stark and dreary for me, even with a little colour.

Altho orange as an accent is great, some of the above rooms were just a tad stark for my tastes. Did love the orange with the dark stained wood.
