The Best 3-Day Home Workout Routine

Iím a big fan of morning workouts so I find home workouts very convenient. I mean, I can jump out of bed and start exercising in minutes.

But exercising at home without a routine doesnít work well for most people. Folks only do one or two workouts then quit. The routine below will help you stay consistent. In fact, itís one of the best routines youíll ever do because it activates all muscle groups using few exercises.

When combined with healthy diet, this workout can help you tone muscles, lose weight and improve overall health.

Now, you donít have to complete all reps in one setófeel free to rest between reps. You can also do easier variations if you find an exercise too challenging.

If regular pushups are hard for you, do wall or knee pushups. If squats are challenging, do chair squats. Thereís always an easier variation of any bodyweight exercise.

If you find the workout too easy repeat it two or three times.
