What Food Labels Really Mean (Infographic)

Making healthy choices at the grocery store should be easy, but food labels and misleading terms can often misguide our shopping choices. Brown vs white eggs? Free range? Cage-free? Do these terms mean anything or are they designed to entice us to buy? The infographic explains the key differences between the terms natural and organic. It also takes you through what expiry dates really mean and provides insight into how you should interpret red meat, chicken, egg, bread and snack labels.

All what is said about animal products is pure Sci-Fi: free range and so on. Don't buy this lie: see undercover footages to discover the truth and anyway: wherever they are raised and whatever the way they are treated or fed they all end up in the hellish slaughterhouses where every second means MONEY. Just open your eyes please.
