When the user-fee bill comes up for a vote I urge you to make sure it gives the FDA the authority to require medical device makers to "fix the flaw" when they are applying for approval of a new device based on its similarity to another unsafe device.

The Supreme Court has ruled that if you are injured or killed by a medical device approved by the FDA, you can no longer sue the medical device company that made the item! So, what? Can we then sue the FDA for damages? Sounds fair to me! Unreal!
