NO ANIMAL SHOULD BE TETHERED LIKE SOME PEOPLE DO. THEY NEED TO BE WALKED, THEY NEED COMPANIONSHIP. IT IS A SENTENCE OF PURE HE** FOR THESE ANIMALS. THEY ALSO STAND A GOOD CHANCE OF BEING ATTACKED, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES. TETHERING SHOULD BE ABOLISHED.

I do tie my dog out when I am vacuuming, or just when it is nice, like in the mornings. My dog does not live on a chain. He has free roam of the house and is a sweet animal. I don't understand how any human can think of a dog tied out all the time as any kind of pet. What kind of a life is that?
