When a Fort Myers, FL man, Robert Goode, heard his son's house next door to his being broken into on Sunday night, he released his son's two pitbulls, Pepper and Solo, to check out the house. "I ran right back to where the dogs were and turned them

Glad the dogs are recovering. You have to ask the question are they being used here as a burglar alarm or as they were dispatched into the house, as a weapon? This is what gets pitbull and similar dogs a bad name, this misuse of aggression. What was wrong with dialling 911? The dogs where put at uneccessary risk for property as the guys son was not in the house.

I agree, Chris. It's too bad the STUFF in that house was more important than those dogs.

Er, they're great little heroes and all, but they should not have been sent out into a dangerous situation like this! Their "beloved pet" could've been killed! I would go out there myself before ever sending out my dogs into the danger zone! I'm glad they're okay though, and glad to hear that next time he'll be taking care of business himself! 2nd Amendment rights yall!
