Special kudos to the lawyers for WildEarth Guardians for having the good sense to file this suit in Colorado. If they had tried it in Utah, they would have been up against the anti-everything-decent Federal District Court for Utah, led by the mentally deficient "Chief Judge" Tena Campbell.
