Thanks for posting Cher. Sometimes when there is no way to sign a petition because they only allow for US citizens to sign directly mailing a letter or email also helps. This one is definitely worth it.

Quoted from the article!
"Clubbing, decapitating and shooting the animal with a bow and arrow will also be allowed. That's right, those methods are considered to be "humane" according to Oda."..

Total madness! This is giving violent/cruel idiotic people an excuse to kill all, any animals, not just wild ones. I can imagine how many pets are going to be tortured, with the culprit declaring that he/she thought it was feral.
Who the hell voted for these people at the last elections? I wish i could sign this, but I'm not a US resident.

We must never turn our heads on these brutal killings of the animals - they need us to protect them against the brutal people.

Where are the people of Utah on this issue!? It's truly incredible that a member of the House would see this as an issue. It stands to reason he is not a cat lover, or possibly an animal lover. You don't have to be. The bill is twisted, and cruel. I hope Ally Cat Allies gets word of this.

Why do the most "religious" parts of the country (Utah and the South) seem to make the world a greater hell for animals. I think a respect and concern for God's creation would make people want to avoid hunting and killing.

if an animal is not hurting anyone..even if it is feral...why not leave it alone..better yet leave a bowl of food and water out for it.
