During a recent investigation, Greenpeace identified several major international clothing brands, including the sports giants adidas and Nike, linked to facilities in China that are releasing toxic chemicals into our water.

Voted by I do wish they had the option of "none of the above." These toxins are now known to be a large part of what is causing the development of the giant jelly fish. I know jelly fish sounds harmless but these are 7 feet across and can toss over a fishing vessels and kill sharks. They are one of the dangerous results of toxic water and over fishing.

Wow, I never understand how these major filthy rich corporations / politicians / "people" can going around like they dont need the planet like everyone else, as if they dont live off of clean water and air, as if clear skies , green grasses and trees, animals-even people are non- existent / disposable. Like no one, no animal, nothing matters except grabbing blood money.

Done! Thanks, Cher. Yeah, I've been boycotting Nike for years and with their, " It's take your daughter to work day, everyday." policy, I have a hard time thinking they give a crap about the environment. I agree, Ambi, it is really weird that they seem to think they don't live on the planet like the rest of us. Must be that "rarefied atmosphere" they think they live in, or maybe they think they have enough money to stockpile water and air for quite a while and don't care their grandchildren live or die.

I voted for adidas even though they both disgust me to be honest. Ever since I heard of Adidas using Pakistani 7 year olds to make footballs and paying them like 10 cents per hour and I just HATE that company. Nike isnt much better; do you have any idea how unjust they are to the Asian workers who make their stupid merchandise? They dont seem much different than slaves to me!
Voted. Thanks, dear. *cyber hug*
