' Development and Wasteful Spending
We’re asking our Florida Congressional delegation to support H.R. 5787—a bill that uses modern mapping techniques to correct and expand the boundaries of the Coastal Barrier Resources System (CBRS) in Florida and other states. The CBRS consists of hundreds of coastal areas along the Gulf and Atlantic coasts where Federal taxpayer funds may not be used to subsidize development due to the risky and environmentally-sensitive nature of those areas.

Let your Florida Representative and U.S. Senators know that updating the Coastal Barrier Resources System helps to protect Florida’s coast and taxpayers. Please take action now.

No targets found.'
