We often narrowly define waste as things we throw in the trash can. But as we explored in an earlier article, waste is really anything that nature can't break down and reuse in the life cycles of other organisms.

Don't use chemicals around my home either. I had a new a/c unit put in when I bought a new heater. Never turn it on.
Thanks Cher

From personal experience I can tell you that vinegar is great for getting rid of weeds in masonry/concrete/etc. cracks. Beats the hell out of evil Roundup!

Go green. Try to be as aware of less polluting substances. Thanks Cher for the article.

On a hot day I pour boiling water on to weed roots. It doesn't pollute the environment, but the weeds shrivel!

Absolutely Freya, the beneficial ways to use vinegar are limitless, i too use it for weeds but also it's the best cleaner AND it removes animal accident smells, we've had a few lately as my precious Wolf is getting older & little pee-pee accidents are inevitable!!
