BUENOS AIRES, July 2, 2010 (IPS) - In contrast to what has happened in most countries that have switched from analogue to digital television, in Argentina the technological leap has begun with the poorest households.

It's a good way to start so long as they ensure that most of the channels are free as well and not subscribable
