This is really not shocking news considering Japan's non-existent stand on animal rights. They're culture is very violent and devoid of empathy.

As I'm ashamed of such disgusting peole, sadly from my country, and of course condemn such acts, it is not fair that some comments above accuse Japan itself and its people as cruel. Animal cruelty exist all around the world, disgusting news come every day and are posted here, and they are from the US, Spain, England, etc., as well as any other countries.
I'm very sad to read those comments, as I have a friend who has been spending days and own money to help stray cats. And even angry that victims of Hiroshima are insulted.

So the world goes along and everyone tries to save the elephants, and other wildlife, so Japan can kill them? Yup, seems as though. Just horrible!

Why doesn't anyone go after these guys? They are advertising and waiting for the government to come after them? Makes no sense to me.
