The huge problem of cheating, faced by colleges, high schools, and grade schools, really shoud be addressed. No matter how much the education system is changed, kids won't get much smarter if they are able to get away with cheating as much as they do now.

We are seeing a paradigm shift where how much and how fast you can find information is more important than how much you already know.
In short it is not cheating it is being a little ahead of your time.

The total amount of information is so large no one can know it all anymore.
New information occurs so fast almost everything you know is old.
So, being able to search new information becomes more important.

Printing the test would be a waste of paper but how could they not expect the students to google some answers? Cmon!!
