Hachijo-kojima, a small island administrated by Tokyo, has become a breeding for the black-footed albatross, a team of researchers has discovered.

Thank you Naoko. Love these "Big Birds". I was wondering (when it said it was believe they moved from another island) did they go by ship, fly, swim or walk??? Just couldn't help myself made me giggle when I read that.
