Seriously cool! Happy Saint Valentine's Day... patron saint of happy marriages, engaged couples.
I was at a nursing home this week where the staff wasn't doing as well, so I am very glad to see this. It's so good to know these people are out there!
BTW, the staff at the other facility was putting out donated funeral flowers (which is fine), but in the original fireside baskets and obviously funeral arrangements. I had to object. One should NEVER put funeral arrangements out by dying patients. Never. They need to be transferred to vases and arranged.
I've encountered it before, and I think that sometimes people just don't stop to think the way the nurses in the above report did. I am SO glad the nurses in this report are there.

That's a lovely story! And it's a sign of a good hospital too that they had the time and opportunity to do so.
