In a landslide vote, young students will now have to either keep their cell phones at home or keep them switched off during the school day.

I'm glad to see that they are using their brains in France. Witsh that they would do the same here in the US. Kids are suppose to be listening to their teacher/leaning in class, not messing around with their cell phones. Thanks Glenn

Stars to all above!

My ex wanted to move to France and if this is true just BRILLIANT! I never texted ever and refuse to use a smart phone, still have a flip phone only for help, use my LAND LINE!

May all COUNTRIES follow this. NO TWEET (MR. PRES.) No TEXT. Get out and workout! Walk your DOG!!!

What is his DOG??
