This includes $3 billion that has been permanently lost. On Monday, a new report from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office stated that the partial government shutdown cost the American economy no less than 11 billion dollars.

Shameful....never going to get that back. Disgusting to see what this bas*ard is doing to our country all because of his bullying.
Thanks Glenn

The cost in dollars was high, but what is the cost of the betrayal? Not from Trump but far worse the Republican Senate which could have, at any time, overridden the executive branch and intervened, at any time AND DIDN"T.

Not a peep, not one of them, none, at any time - our representatives in federal government in an equal branch of government. Not a peep, not one of them at any time, just let it happen, in silence, not a twitch.
