I admire his spirit and concern for other death row inmates.

As to the courts. It is always a good sign for future appellants when there is a dissenting opinion as inevitably, it is a harbinger of changes that are coming. Unfortunately, not of any benefit to Abu-Jamal.

Sometimes, when you are being railroaded, that damn train just doesn't stop.

Thank you, Mark for keeping this in our awareness. I have heard Mumia's voice many times on KPFK and continue to hope for his vindication. This case appears to be a case of retaliation toward an organizer standing up for all of our rights. Suzanne
