Court Rules Against Landowner on Border Fence

US Politics & Gov't  (tags: border wall )

A U.S. District Court judge has ordered a Texas woman to let the government survey her land for a border security fence, the latest round in a series of skirmishes to arise from the immigration-control measure. (Can Eloisa Tamez afford to appeal?)

Good God! Can WE afford for her NOT to appeal this?

Don't expect any relief from this court system. All the true non-activist judges -- those who interpret existing laws by relying on past precedents -- have been methodically replaced with judges who are puppets of a fascist government. There aren't many real judges left on the bench. Especially in the federal courts.

Noted. Thanks Mark. Would love to be able to help her put up some POSTED
NO TRESPASSING signs. It is such a shame when people won't respect another
persons property. So...if they force survey will they force her to pay for
it too? You never know what the government is up to or why. Hope it all
will work out for the best. Sure sounds strange to me.
