Many of us go to exercise, but more beautiful than sweats and mood swings gain and pain in some parts of the body.

It would be nice if the article were written in understandable English. It must have been translated and something was definitely lost in the translation - virtually impossible to figure out exactly how to do the suggested exercises.

Every few years my back seems to go out of place or something, It's very painful. But I tried something and it worked. Standing away from the wall, I lean forward and put the palms of both hands on the wall. Then I move my back with my back muscles and just move the back all round and just keep it moving for a while. It works for me.

I met a friend's brother who is a chiropractor. I showed him what I do, standing back someways from the wall and leaning forward, both palms on the wall and move my back.

"Perfect.. That's just what you should do."
