What you say is true Ben… There is too much silence… Too many of us are sitting around comfortably… We turn our heads to injustice and greed… We worship our material possessions and we commit to nothing except ourselves…

Somehow we need to mobilize more people to the state of our planet for our children’s children… It is their future that is at stake… Soon we all will be gone… We can’t take our indifferences, our TVs, cars and houses or our love for self-gratification with us. What will we leave behind?

Right, Bob!

"Let's put our minds together and see what future we can make for our children"

The shooting in Oakland, California should bring home the continued injustices in this country. Black or people of color stand a 10:1 chance of being shot by the police, even fellow police.

Dr King was a leader that spoke of unity, and if possible blindness to skin color, judge a person by their character nothing else really matters.

He dreamed for all of us... wonder what his dreams would be today..

In a way I am glad he is not here to see what we are facing now.. but on the other hand he had a voice one could not ignore.. could be when he said there was global warming that folks might have listened.
