Knowing how dolphins are treated, especially in Taiji....this video makes me want to cry tears of joy. The most beautiful sight I have ever seen. Dolphins are beautiful majestic animals... seeing this many together is amazing. Take a look.

O wow me too! Thank you - I have never seen that. But you know, I was so nervous that the boat was too close to them- was it?

I thought so for a bit too Constance, but I read some of the comments under the article and I agree- I think dolphins are smart enough to know that it is a boat and can swim faster than it too. I think there must just have been a lot of fish around because there are also a lot of birds circling the air. One person said she experienced this before and when the dolphins got close to the boat the would swim under it or just next to it but never right up to the boat. I think they were fine. :) I just wish I could have seen it with my own eyes!

Saw this on ABC World News they other night, absolutely amazing. Like you Lindsey, would love to see up close & personal too. They were saying they are not sure exactly why they do this, some speculation was for food, other was that they do it for fun & just because they can. lol! :)

Saw this on the News, it was at Dana Point a sailing area -- what a site it must of been so see this in person and not on TV....While I have seen dolphins surf with the Surfers here in San Diego, never ever have I seen that many dophins all together...thought it was a pod of their food they were after. For those who didn't get to see this the Video is a MUST SEE! THX Lindsey

This makes me wonder where they're going and why. They seem to be on an urgent mission to get to, or away from, something. I would be afraid to be in the middle of that!
