The government and press propaganda that the War was to free the black people from slavery is ridiculous, once you understand the Civil War Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments. The black people are just as much slaves today as before the Civil War just as the white people are, and also we find ourselves subjects of the king/queen of England. The only thing that changed for black people is they changed masters and were granted a few rights, which I might add can be taken away anytime the government chooses. Since the 1930's the black people have been paid reparations to buy off their silence, in other words, keep the slaves on the plantation working. I do not say this to shock or come across as prejudiced, because I'm not. Here's what Russell Means said, for those that don't remember who he is, he was the father in the movie called, "Last Of The Mohicians".

Russell Means said " until the white man is free we will never be free",

the we he is referring to are the Indians. There has never been a truer statement, however the problem is the white people are not aware of their enslavement.

This is another of Michaels good articles..

Report Calls for School Discipline Reform.. Nearly a third of all public school students won't leave school with a diploma, and half of all teachers won't leave school with a pension because they leave within the first five years. How does teaching and learning occur when everyone is leaving?

I am really sorry to have to say this to a group of people whom I have grown to respect for all they are doing to try to inform and make the world a better place for all - but the above articles - especially about Queen Elizabeth 11 (murderer) and the Queens Bribery Gang etc is really getting ridiculous. The conspiracy theories about the 9 secret rulers and all that stuff is, like the D'vinci Code et al nothing but the works of very fertile imaginations. There is no concrete or any other kind of proof for any of this that would convince me. I am really sorry - but this is all very much off the wall.

Not only is it "off the wall," it is sheer distortion of history. The historical stance of the American Patriot Network (APN), from which the articles in this post are taken, advances the overall ideas that the "king" is now the U.S. government, and the federal government is subject to the British monarch, and somehow the authority of the British monarch is still somehow in effect. On the face of it, this is as lunatic as King George III himself later became. APN also wants you to consider yourself still in rebellion against the "king," in the guise of the U.S. government. APN wants you to feel very, very unfree.

I have been familiar with the APN for about 16 years. They were the ones (and possibly somewhere on their Website still) who spread the diatribe about how the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is invalid; i.e. federal income taxes are not legal. People like Wesley Snipes, who was recently sentenced to three years in federal prison, was most likely influenced by APN or a group like it or a group influenced by it. Many people have gone to federal prison for believing this rot.

Think of it: APN has a tough project: Convince us through a lot of snippets from treaties and legal rulings and documents that we are ruled by the "king." It would be much simpler to just say the U.S. government is "like" a king, instead of falsifying history and contending the federal government is in league with the British monarch.

Let me take one example from the APN article that is linked above. It says Lord Cornwallis surrendered at the Battle of Yorktown but did not surrender the war. True! It was not his authority to say the British were finished with the war. Besides, it took from one to three months for a message to cross the Atlantic. In addition, there was the political situation in Britain: The British Parliament had to decide what to do. British emissaries appeared in France to talk informally with Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and John Jay. Those three Americans had been instructed to cooperate fully with France in their negotiations with Britain. But France had its objective to help its ally Spain achieve its principal war aim: winning back Gibraltar from the British. A preliminary was signed in 1782 and the final treaty in 1783, when both France and Spain agreed to end hostilities.

This seems to be the crux of the argument by the American Patriot Network APN), copied from its Website:

"I wonder if you have seen the main and obvious point? This Treaty was signed in 1783, the war was over in 1781. If the United States defeated England, how is the king granting rights to America, when we were now his equal in status? We supposedly defeated him in the Revolutionary War! So why would these supposed patriot Americans sign such a Treaty, when they knew that this would void any sovereignty gained by the Declaration of Independence and the Revolutionary War? If we had won the Revolutionary War, the king granting us our land would not be necessary, it would have been ours by his loss of the Revolutionary War. To not dictate the terms of a peace treaty in a position of strength after winning a war; means the war was never won. Think of other wars we have won, such as when we defeated Japan. Did McArther allow Japan to dictate to him the terms for surrender? No way! All these men did is gain status and privilege granted by the king and insure the subjection of future unaware generations. Worst of all, they sold out those that gave their lives and property for the chance to be free."

First, to say that the newly independent country of the united American colonies was "equal in status" to the British Empire at that point is not true. The U.S. was recognized by only a single country: France. Recall your history: that is why Benjamin Franklin went to France during the war.

Second, the APN article seems to reify and inflate King George III into a country. The king is not the country. There was ample opposition to the king and his politicians within the British Parliament. But APN wants to use the word "king" (it says "we supposedly defeated him") as if it is some magical word that explains our "unfreedom" and equates to the U.S. government.

Third, APN asks, "Did McArthur [sic] allow Japan to dictate to him the terms of surrender? No way!" Unlike Britain at the end of the Revolutionary War, Japan was obligated by its total defeat to negotiate an unconditional surrender. But after the defeat of Cornwallis at Yorktown, British forces still occupied significant American territory; e.g. Savannah, Charleston, Wilmington, and even New York. So it was not a total defeat of Britain and Britain was not negotiating an unconditional surrender. But it was a treaty that ended hostilities.

APN states, "To not dictate the terms of a peace treaty in a position of strength after winning a war; [sic] means the war was not won." Huh? What logic is this? Because the U.S. did not dictate, means the U.S. did not win the war?

For APN to say that the U.S. did not win the Revolutionary War is simply ridiculous and is used to advance its radically extremist individualist/far-beyond-libertarian view of the individual in perpetual confrontation against the "king."

... "Freedom of Speech", means that I can say what-ever I like, and

if you don't like it, you can say what-ever you don't like,.. about what

I say. If you say that I can't say what I want, or put what articles, in

what-ever section, that "I" think they should go, ..or my comment is

off-topic, "You", who-ever that might be,..Does not fully undrstand

what "Freedom of Speech" ... is.

- My Point,... Exactly, is,

.. The current culture undermines it by emphasizing speed, speed,

speed, and activity, activity, activity. We donít know how to relax,

how to quiet the mind, how to breathe, how to sit and be still. For

some, learning to find calm might mean reconnecting with a spiritual

tradition. For others, it might mean practicing mediation or yoga.

.. HELP ... "SAVE OUR EARTH" ... "Get Conscious" ... NOW !

The Problem..

- they are trying to promote mass hysteria,.. and doing a fine job..

.. should I buy, food, or gas, or pay my rent, or worry about the

Martial law practice runs in the USA,..or worry about the rigged

elections, or should I worry about nuclear war, invading Iran, or

getting out of Iraq, or maybe I should worry about the water

shortage, or starvation, .. or how about 2012, or cruelty to animals,

or our education system, or health care, or chem trails, or poisoned

food, atmoshere, or maybe the Genetically modified seeds, and

food, what about,. Cancer, or Aids, or Autism, what about, the

Second Coming,.. or the Fake Holograph Second Coming, or the

fact that the House of Windsor, owns the world, and are trying to kill

pretty well everything on this Earth. etc.etc.THE ANSWER:... Slow

Down,... Get Conscious!,.. its Free,.. and Easy!

The brain contains a system for calming, she says, but the current

culture undermines it by emphasizing speed, speed, speed, and

activity, activity, activity. We donít know how to relax, how to quiet

the mind, how to breathe, how to sit and be still. For some, learning

to find calm might mean reconnecting with a spiritual tradition. For

others, it might mean practicing mediation or yoga. People canít act

with complete wholeness and integration until they have that within

themselves, Otherwise, they just go out and spread more anxiety.

No Fear, No Fear, No Fear,... Love Love Love

... HELP ... "SAVE OUR EARTH" ... "Get Conscious" ... NOW !

... slow down, relax, notice how much natural beauty, is still left,

- Think about trying to save some of it for "Our Children".

Some people have an inner knowing that they are doing what they

came in to do. Others may need to access in meditation the

blueprint of their life.
It is important that those who are not on their true path get onto it,

Sometimes we can procrastinate for many lifetimes before we find

our true life's mission. To fulfill our life's mission, we must learn to

keep our minds focused on our goal until it comes to pass. When

we raise our vibrational level, things will manifest through faith.
We choose between being victims or becoming Masters...
Negative thoughts keep us anchored in the third dimension. And

when we refuse to let them go, we are uconsciously saying, ''I

prefer holding on to this old hurt to ascending,'' or ''I would rather

hold on to my fear of failure than ascend.''
We've been given a preconceived notion that it is necessary to

leave our bodies behind in order to travel to this better place. But

ascension can take place on the physical plane just by raising the

consciousness. We can choose to stay in the physical body and

ascend.

-the year 2008 is the year that we will manifest the shift of the ages

which they predicted 10,000 years ago.The disciples sought

Enlightenment, but did not know what it was or how it was

attainable.

What events might start the ball rolling so to speak? Many things can

trigger the beginning of your ascension process. sacred site travel

has been a great trigger for me. For many of us, meditation can also

trigger and accelerate the ascension process. For others, it might

be practicing yoga. For some it might be a book or article that

triggers you into remembering. Others might be triggered by things

like sacred site essences, or even a photograph of a sacred site that

they had spent a past life in. But many times a huge life challenge or

trauma can crack us open so the brilliant light inside of us can begin

to leak out. Through great trauma and loss we begin to reach for a

greater meaning to life. This is a sacred wound and a Shaman's

path. Eventually you remember that you never were in the darkness

. . . you just forgot that you were in the light all along.

The United States is still the greatest country to live in at this point in time. This is a democracy with separation of church and state and great tolerance of other religions and cultures. I'm glad we still have "In God We Trust" on our money. You are free to interpret God as you choose, but I believe in faith and divine guidance and intervention. As for civil rights, some have been curtailed because of the threat of terrorists from countries where their religion rules in order to monitor and prevent acts of violence. We don't have to advertise or offer incentives. People come flooding across our borders illegally just to live here. We have long waiting lists of people wanting to live here. We aren't serfs. You are allowed to own your land and everything on that land. You can gripe about taxes used to support this government, but it is true if you don't pay your taxes you can lose your property. The Civil War was a great tragedy and much suffering and blood was shed. America was split in two and left a large scar. And because the North won, slavery, which was all ready dying out, was ended. Black slavery was ended and they were given the freedom to achieve if they chose to do so. The old saying is that Lincoln freed the slaves and he did sign legislation to that effect. He also brought a time of great turmoil that still blankets the land. He was not a peace maker or negotiator. Black men were given the right to vote before white women. This country has problems that must be addressed from abusive credit card practices and rates, health care, loss of jobs to other countries, and the mortgage banking industry. I don't understand the use of the Queen of England for this article. England is an important ally, as we are to them. We have a shared history, culture and language. I'm glad to live here.

Geeez...I really don't know, since I don't know what book I'm reading or who wrote what history, or why. I will say just from my personal observations I don't like our current government ( people ), or the federal reserve, or religions, or wars, or corporations legal rights, or the education, health and all other federal institutions. How we got to the state we're in is debatable. Whether we survive it...I don't know...we'll see.

For some time I have wondered about who won the Revolutionary War. If the conditions that existed in 1776 existed today, not only would America have won, perhaps the UK would be part of the U.S. At the same time, if the conditions that exist today existed in 1776, America would be part of the UK.

I have wondered when the monarchy ends, which it will. Will the monarch sign the Declaration of Independence? What happens then to the U.S.? Will the United States withdraw the terms of surrender?

I have though when the monarchy ends and the monarch signs the Declaration, the first thing that happens is a loose cannon such as Newt Gingrich storms Parliament and demands a vote on the three cent tax on tea, with the colonies accepted to vote as members.
