I'm not surprised, but this story got sparse coverage in the media, compared to such events as tea parties, and the inane book signing tours with Sarah Palin.

You can protest and petition till you are blue in the face, but until you reform your entirely corrupt system of government, rewrite your vaunted but fundamentally flawed Constitution, nothing serious can be done to right the great wrongs inflicted upon the world by Wall Street, Manhattan, Big Businesss. The evil voracious vultures have your politicians, your judiciary and your military tightly in their stranglehold. For at least a century you have been played for suckers and are now virtually powerless.

The banks and the financial system are a threat for democracy, and the politicians are the slaves of this system.

Glad to see America is alive and well, it took some time but I think this is the first with that kind of number I have seen in a loooooong time. However it is a start.
Now go after the real criminals and get that same fighting action for the renewal of our constitution..

I guess this sums up how Wall St. feels about the American people (peons):
As the protest shuffled past Wall Street, the bankers who stopped to watch seemed more bemused than terrified. One man in a pin-striped suit walked up to the marchers and began chanting, "Astroturf!" Next to him, two young bankers snickered as they observed the scene. "These guys just want money," said one who only gave the first name of Mike, a copy of the Economist tucked under his arm. "They want to tax Wall Street, which would be a disaster for the economy, to fund their bullshit public sector union jobs. God, I hate the labor agenda."
