The UN? What do you think they're going to do?

The UN do something? This has to be the biggest waste of money of all time. All they do is ignore the suffering and genocide around the world whilst living the life of Riley. Oil companies own governments, especially the US. One can only hope that the inidigeous peoples of Peru are going to receive better treatment that those in Canada. No government seems interested in any minority's survival. It has come to a sad pass when this happens.

Well it is an ALERT to the rest of the world to act on their behalf.

This pipeline is a crime against the indigenous people and against nature.
Must greed destroy all the rain forrest and all within?

The UN need to respond to this? Oil companies need a worldwide clampdown on what they are allowed to get away with, they just think they can walk in anywhere and start trying to extract oil, all in the name of greed. It is high time they were knocked off their grubby pedestal and high time the so-called civilised governments started investing in cleaner energy
