Many of these banks have federal government accounts. Fleet bank, a bank known for having depositor money missing unexplained and never returned, had accounts for the IRS and known local drug dealers simultaneously.

The U.S. Post Office has knowingly or unknowingly been aiding money laundering for decades via money orders purchased by a number of associates of local and larger rings.

These banks are robbing us blind right and left. I forwarded this to a friend. I never trusted this bank ever since they showed up in town. Now I know what my gut feeling was telling me.
