I can hardly wait until this revolution occupies the streets of every large and medium-sized city in this country. It's time to take this country back from the corporations and return control to We The People where it belongs!

It's to the point that everyone can participate. There's probably an Occupation near you.

There's a message that needs to be sent --and it won't be heard unless it's delivered in a very big way! God bless the protestors! They are heroes and patriots! The arrogant Wall Street bankers have the strength of money (most of it OURS), but we have the strength of numbers, which is very important when it comes time to vote. And our votes can hurt them if they results in "regulation" and a free hand given to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau...

Tuesday's protest in Louisville, KY prompted a statement from the local police, asking that "illegal" behavior be reported. Funny how such statements are non-existent when the Tea Party are whining about taxes.

I've heard a number of interviews of protestors and I'm still not quite following what the end game is. I'll have to read more on this later, I totally understand being disgusted with how things are, just not so sure about this approach.

What "approach" do you suggest Jillian? I'll pass it along.

Seems the "approach" is emerging as they go. "Vires acquirit eundo!"

With Union involvement the government can't help but take this seriously. Let's see what will happen now.

It is certainly no surprise about their approval rating.
A tooth ache has a higher approval rating than congress!

This is part of the same message the Tea Party has been sending for two years now.

The approval rating between protests and congress is a no brainer..the protesters are doing more for us than congress has in god kmows how long, and not in secret!
I'm going to the state capital, but its not near enough oa showing to thank all those on Wall Street enough!
Oh crap, that reminds me..when my car died on the freeway I got my first ticket for a moving violation..following to closely while trying to move over 6 lanes with my car overheating! I couldn't afford to pay it...

Better check my status before I run my mouth at the capital, because most know how I can get..and if I have to get arrested foe protesting I don't care, bu th I don't want to stay any longer than need be!
I swore solidarity, and I meant it!

Only the Baggers are less popular than Congress. And Cam, there may be those within them that started the TP movement who do/did indeed have some harmony going with some of the goals of this movement, but the TP became an extension of the Pukes... and not by mistake. Baggers were and are funded by Koch Bros who may not be wall street, but they are not for the people either. Far from it. Baggers under Koch and Pukes and the "closing loopholes is raising taxes" crowd want Govt out of the Corporations can fill the vacuum, do as they wish and continue to screw the people while at the same time poisoning them, and the earth as a whole.

With more than twice the congressional approval rating, I say take away the congressional salaries and health insurance benefits and give the OWS folks the congressional salaries and benefits. once their approval ratings are twice that of the OWS folks we'll bring it to a vote if they should get re-instated.

No more bullshit congress, get to work.

Well, in tiny Sedona, AZ we have started an Occupy Sedona AZ Facebook page. On 10/5 five us stood on a street corner with our 99% signs in support of Occupy Wall Street. With lots of encouragement, we decided to continue our rallies every Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:30 and we have picked up supporters so I'm hoping we can get our community to participate in this democracy and let our politicians know just where we stand. I am so encouraged that all across the country, in towns large and small, a peaceful revolution and awakening is happening. Here's the link to our little effort.
