Can Overfished Tuna Be Saved?

A fish modelling study has found that marine zoning in the Pacific Ocean, in combination with other measures, could significantly improve numbers of heavily overfished bigeye tuna and improve local economies.

Wow....Thank you Cal for getting this out there.....But, I do have to think that the way that Mankind has done such disregard for what is special and running crazy how many species can or would want to recover????
