it's a 2.7% cut. local and state governments have cut much more. it's time the fed has to cut programs that don't work and get rid of graft. this will force those changes. it's not the end of the world.

Noted. The GOP is slashing it's own throat with this one. Worst case scenario would be protecting Pentagon cuts while ignoring the rest. This is upside-down thinking.
