The House is pushing forward in an effort to block a United Nations-related group from potentially allowing countries to censor the Internet, before an international showdown this fall.

Funny. The U.S. House of Reps is whining about the U.N. controlling the internet, when those in congress want to do the same thing. Hilarious.

Great article. Thanks for sharing. The internet should not be censored. I wouldn't want that to happen, Fanfiction.net would not like that.

Lets be honest. Congress isn't pushing for some BS "internet freedom". They just don't like the idea of someone else muscling on the anti-freedom action.

The US has already passed CISPA. Let's hope that's all they pass.

Noted. Thanks, Cal.
Although CISPA passed the House, it's sitting in the Senate as gun control and immigration are at the top of their list right now. We still have time to contact our Sen's and ask them not to pass it....even though Obama said he would not sign it, I'm afraid his waffling has begun from what I've been reading today.

Have they become cannibals devouring all that gives us dignity?
