On Thursday roughly 200 indigenous people launched an occupation of a key construction site for the controversial Belo Monte dam in the Brazilian Amazon.

This has been going on forever. Give the Indigenous people the right to their own damn land! Can't mankind leave ONE people and ONE beautiful area ALONE FFS! Well, we know they can't. I am sure the damn dam will be built, but I support the people who don't want it! Strongly support them. There are several petitions out to sign for this issue. Please do a search and sign them. Thanks Cal.
