This is fantastic news! Now the 16 other countries present at the conference, who haven't yet signed the agreement, need to sign immediately. Next all 30 countries to the agreement need to ratify its provisions locally by enacting their own legislation ratifying the agreement and its provisions in full. Third, all countries need to abide by the agreement and enforce its provisions locally.... In other words the work doesn't end at the end of the conference, there is much work to do yet. Let's hope that the UN and all 30 nations abide by the agreement and implement it fully.
