Isn't the "opposition" funded by the U.S. and Saudi Arabia to foment unrest in Syria and provide the pretext for occupation/invasion so that the pipeline across Syria to provide oil from Iran to the European market will not be built?

British comedian Robert Newman and his eco-cyclists present: The History of Oil -

Give it a watch and see what you think of world events as seen through the lens of "Who has the oil?"

sara, are you new here?
this site is divided into two spheres of influence.
on one side you have the pro-israeli side banging their wardrums as long as it's american soldiers that die and not their precious sons. look now, they have a chance to attack iran but since the army of the guardians of the islamice revolution are facing them in the golan heights they will do no such thing. they like it much better when they can destroy hospitals, roads and schools and nobody shoots back.

on the other side you have a bunch of rapid, racist wanna be pundits making the rest of us look like idiots.
the guy who psted the article is a staunch zionist, never mind the fact that his people are backing wahhabi/takfiri qutbist intend on killing americans and westerners cause he doesn't care. for him as long as the dead aren't of jewish linage it's all good.
welcome to the site, and have fun separating the leftist radicals from the wahhabi/takfiri/zionist bunch. they are all dripping in the blood of children.

Sara good to see someone with eyes open....don't let anyone discourage you.....Looks like too many here know very little about the hell that outsiders have wrought in what was peaceful secular Syria.

I will NEVER understand armies turning on their own people. Killing & maiming & using chemical weapons etc. The BRAINWASHING must be so efficient that they have no conscience or remorse.

Please pray for these poor people in Syria, this is what I got from the BBC just now:

I could not bear to look at any pictures, I just listened to the recording of the Forensic Pathologist, and that was enough... It must be too too terrible there.
