Several indigenous leaders have officially asked President Barack Obama to reject the Keystone XL oil pipeline, citing concerns about consultation, treaty rights and impact on tribal homelands.

Noted. Thanks, Cal. Although Obama has stated many times that he will veto if it passes, only 4 more votes are needed in the Senate to override that veto. DINO's are adding up unfortunately.

No they won't listen to them. Most probably serious civil disobedience will be necessary.
