Racism is alive and well in this so-called contemporary modern world we inhabit.

Only when all the people come together, and no longer look at colour or religion, politics, or race, gay or straight, or whatever division we choose. Will the world be a better place.

We all live on the one planet, we all have an effect on this planet, each nation needs to stand together, and work as one. Freedom for all, no boarder, no difference, we all bleed the same blood.

We are all under scrutiny by our governments, our comments are out there, and the governments and security services are watching. So lets talk up a storm, and live in peace. Be healthy and happy.

Sounds illegal to me!! Thank you!

I don't doubt that it is legal, sine Homeland Security was created under false pretenses specifically to track activity that upsets the ruling class, whether legal or not. ("It's only 'class warfare' when we fight back.") But legal does not make it right. We need to return the Coast Guard to the Treasury Department and abolish Homeland Security. Not that that will happen any time soon!

We are all equal and should respect each other. PEACE!

Noted. Thanks, Cal.
Joanne Dixon stated it very well above. Abolishing DHS would definitely be a step in the right direction. It has been the center of the new surveillance state. Dozens of Fusion Centers around the every state---collecting and storing our personal data. Not failing to mention the enormous one in Bluffdale, UT----a supreme waste of our tax dollars that could be spent on education, infrastructure, etc.

Your just now noticing? They have been tracking any and all peaceful protesters. Dissent is not allowed. Funny how you never noticed all this and the pepper spraying innocent protesters until they were black.

Thanks Cal but it doesn't matter if it's legal or not Homeland Security (I hate that name, it's like they wanted to call it "Fatherland Security" but it was already taken) They'll do whatever they want just like they've always done.

Illegal? The real question is whether this is ethical or moral.

If they track one civil liberties group, do they track ALL "civil liberties" groups? Teabaggers are civil libertarians, etc..did they track Sandra Bland up to the time she was jailed? Did they NOT track her inside the jail? Do they track any of the groups of paramilitary 2nd Amendment "civil liberties" groups? What purpose does "tracking" perform, unless they're Hunting them, and Then What?????
