It is harder to carry out total cover-up in today's world - as long as people stay alert, & cross-check "facts" (including the source of the "facts")

And POTUS should realise that the negative impact of causing such deaths will also come from reactions OUTSIDE the US (less snowed by DT "alternative facts") - even IF he manages to sell these lemons to the US public ...
