Moms fearing for their children's safety are teaming up against a man who prowls playgrounds, amusement parks and fairs stalking little girls and then brazenly boasts about his exploits on his Web site. Even though Jack McClellan calls himself a pedophile

Legal? I don't see how posting photographs of someone's child and advocating pedophiles' attention is not a threat to do immense harm!

Wonderful that these Mothers are taking a stand against this pedophile. Unfortunate that there is nothing the legal system can do to help. This is just a bad situation that will only intensify because there is no law, (obviously), to help take this self professed pedophile off the streets. This is a situation that can only get worse. Thanks Drew.
