Wish I could afford to live in a passive house. Now I live in a 2-room apartment in a 50-year old house made of...guess what...? Yeah...concrete... : ~ (

I would build a house, it would be straw and clay in consideration of geomantic principles and vastu knowledge, so that the positive energy can flow freely through the entire house. :)

Awesome. Most/all of these should be encouraged/subsidized, except maybe (to some extent) stuff like wood or straw bales for some situations in which they wouldn't be as safe.
