In the past three years, Israeli nanotech scientists have published over 7,500 scientific papers, 1500 of which were the result of collaboration between different universities. There are currently 750 nanotech doctoral students in Israel, and 850 students studying for masters’ degrees. … 206 “success stories” in the form of start-up companies that received funding and patents that were approved; an additional 860 patents are waiting approval. …

Why is little Israel the only country in the Middle East contributing to the betterment of mankind.
All her neighbours offer is death, destruction and persecution.

it's called putting your smarts to good use, like saving us all
the brain power of that small nation has been seen by me first hand in my many trips there,to work on the holocaust museum ; NEVER AGAIN
let's appreciate the altruism that accompanies such technological advancements
they were the first to diagnose, hive collapse syndrome, the bees owe them their possible survival

They are amazing! We are so enriched by the things that Israel does!

What are we enriched from by the Arabs, outside of high prison rates, war, rapes, destruction, massive low IQs and need of remedial help, low graduation rates from inbreeding.

Give the people a choice, instead of leaving it up to the elites who take the oil money, and we've got ourselves a better society.

I've often wondered why Israel is so far ahead of other countries in scientific advances. Do their scientists receive better funding? Is there more emphasis on science in schools?

Now you know why Islam hates Jews --
they cannot understand how their god (who tells them they are the best of people and Jews the worst of people) could make Israel vastly superior in every way.

Julie W. Good question. The Israelis celebrate life, their Arab neighbours celebrate death. It's that simple. Take a look at the slaughter in Syria. Over 140000 dead so far, many of them children.

Israel has so much to be proud of - as is. What I find so special about all these achievements is, Israel does not broadcast their advancements to the world. The world comes to Israel.
