Never touch the stuff - I'm not a very good American. I drink tea but never had a cup of coffee in my life.

I drink a double coffee (16 oz) with powdered baking chocolate added to make my version of a mocha every morning. The rest of the day I drink green tea (usually cold).

i drink copious amounts of coffee because i never believed the hype that it's not good for us,
There's many who will throw anything down their throats, too often that's not good for them, i don't.

i never liked tea & 10 years ago when i had surgery to remove a massive kidney stone my urologist told me never to drink tea because if you're prone to kidney stones black tea will speed up the process!

Noted. Oh dear. I'm just going to have to force myself to drink coffee. Hehe, just joking - I have 2 mugs most days, but I have ground coffee, not instant, and rainforest alliance or fairtrade brands.

Every comestible has its ups and downs. Thus, consume those that have more ups than downs. As for me, I like my cup of Joe every morning.
