I will just never understand how any mother that feels that baby inside of them can take in substances that they know are harming the baby. It is my opinion, that any baby born with drugs or alcohol in their system should be taken from the parent and kept until the parent has went through treatment and remained sober for at least a year. I mean if the parent is neglecting an un-bothersome child in the womb, then what are they doing once the baby is born and "needy?"
