I know that, for me, hearing certain songs triggers emotional memories. And, like Linda, if a phrase comes up that goes in a song, I'll start singing the rest of it! Listening to music in the truck when I'm on the freeway also helps calm me; the bad drivers are not quite as irritating. Thanks for post, Jean.
