Although The Convention on the Rights of the Child and The Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women were signed by Secretary Albright in 1995, The U.S. remains the only Western Country to have not ratified these treaties.

You sure expect a lot from a government that allows its own citizens to be secretly arrested and returned to their families dead without any explanation. Get real.

Please sign this petition for the USDOJ to do its job and investigate the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a mentally and physically disabled American who police hid for 18 days, denied having him in custody, and kept from his meds until death. They may have done more to my brother, Larry Neal, in Shelby County Jail in 2003. We do not know since police will not release any records and the USDOJ refuses to investigate his murder.

I bet you thought secret arrest, torture, and murder only happened to the War on Terror camp detainees, right? Wrong.

THE USDOJ, SHOULD EITHER PERFORM ITS SWORN DUTY OR CEASE WEARING THE NAME "DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE." That agency is paid by taxpayers. Why should a government agency be paid PLUS petitioned to do its job? The very idea is ludicrous. Michael Vick's dogs did not need a petition for an investigation into their abuse and murders.

Please support the DOG JUSTICE petition.

I signed and I confess to cheating since it allowed only US citizens to sign. So I put Paris, France to Illinois, where there is a Paris using their zip code. I also sent it out to all my US friends and family. It seems incredible that it needs a petition to move House and Senate to act finally. My entry status to visit my wife and children who are all US citizens is Entry denied. since I.m living with HIV and?or Aids since 1993. By the way, is that the Change Obama promised? I start having my doubts.
